Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and carrier.
Velvet Mod does not offer flat-rate international shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (International Orders)

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Velvet Mod is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Return Shipping (Domestic & International)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international return shipping. Original shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable.
