Shipping & Returns

At Velvet Mod, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer a simple return process.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligible returns will be issued a store credit (Velvet Mod Gift Card).

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or makeup

  • In their original condition with all tags attached

  • Not marked as Final Sale (clearance, accessories, intimates, seasonal sale items, etc.)

Any item that shows signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@shopvelvetmod.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Mail the item(s) back to:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Velvet Mod is not responsible for lost return packages.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

  • You will receive your store credit by email once your return is approved.

Exchanges

Because inventory sells quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You’re welcome to use your store credit to repurchase a different size or style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
