Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
We accept various payment methods through trusted third-party processors (ShopPay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions

  • Shipping restrictions

If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate.
Once an order is shipped, Velvet Mod is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Any delivery claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Store Credit Policy

By purchasing from Velvet Mod, you agree to our Return Policy, which includes:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Returns issued as Velvet Mod store credit

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return

7. Store Credit

Store credit is issued via a Velvet Mod gift card and does not expire.
Store credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded to original payment methods.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site

  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial use without permission

  • Misuse our content, imagery, branding, or intellectual property

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your access.

All content on velvetmod.com — including logos, product images, graphics, text, and designs — is the property of Velvet Mod and protected by copyright laws.
